I was approached by a local TV show to create an animated intro for their TV show. I roped my friend in to help, as we had only a few days to get it done. We worked on it in amongst full time work and other commitments. Either way I am happy to say it came out pretty good.

Sadly I had to post it to YouTube as I couldn't get the Vimeo version embed code to work on Newgrounds. Anyone have any idea why?

Check out my latest submission to The Portal:
Vive La Dugong chronicles the life of Didier the Dugong and his underwater world. Be sure to check it out if only to hear the intro and outro songs (and the terrible accent).
Vive La Dugong was an entry to a campus film festival back in 2005. It was made with a concious decision for a minimalist style. We've finally got around to posting it on Newgrounds after recovering the original .fla and sound files stashed away on an old HDD. It's also got some comical 'deleted scenes' for those who are interested.

Based on a true story that is so damned stupid you need to see it to believe it, it really is a good case for banning stupid people from being able to go see movies.
This submission was made pretty quickly, hence it looking pretty average. If you want to see an example of an animation where I actually put some time in, be sure to check out BATTLE SQUID on youtube.
